Your natural beauty in the spotlight
Body Contouring: Your Path to Clear Contours
Would you like more definition in your abdominal and thigh areas? A harmonious breast lift? Or gentle contouring of your silhouette? Body contouring encompasses various methods that emphasise your figure and ensure an attractive body shape. These include liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction and a breast lift, as well as a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
I pay particular attention to the overall picture during every procedure: your proportions should remain balanced, and the result should emphasise your natural beauty. Each treatment is tailored to your anatomical requirements and planned individually. My goal is for you to feel comfortable in your body and appear confident.
Who Is Body Contouring Suitable For?
Body contouring is the right choice if:
- You are happy with your figure, but certain “problem areas” simply won’t go away (e.g., saddlebags or love handles).
- Your breasts or stomach have changed after pregnancy and you want your “old” body back.
- You want to define your abdominal contours or achieve a harmoniously shaped bust.
- You simply want to feel good all over.
Our bodies change over the course of our lives: weight loss or gain, pregnancy, and the natural aging process can make our contours appear softer. Genetic factors also play a role when certain areas of the body tend to store fat.
This is exactly where body contouring comes in: liposuction, breast surgery, and tummy tucks are effective methods for redefining and tightening your body.
Each procedure is individually tailored to your body shape and your wishes—for a balanced and natural result.
“Body contouring aims to optimize the shape and contours of your body. So you feel completely comfortable!”

Overview of Treatments
Liposuction (fat removal)
Treatment duration: 1-2 hours, depending on the area
Socially acceptable: after 1-2 days
Cost: from €2,900 for double chin, for body depending on region on request
Bye-bye problem areas! Sometimes, despite exercise and a healthy diet, fat deposits remain. Liposuction shapes precisely those areas that bother you.
Liposuction can be performed on many areas of the body: abdomen, hips, and waist (“love handles”), inner and outer thighs (“saddlebags”), knees, upper arms, or buttocks. Smaller areas such as the chin line (double chin) can also be treated.
Depending on the extent of the procedure, it is performed under twilight sedation or short general anesthesia. You will not feel anything and can simply relax. First, I make tiny incisions in inconspicuous areas, which are practically invisible afterwards, and insert fine cannulas. A special solution is injected through these cannulas to prepare the tissue so that the fat cells can then be gently suctioned out.
I recommend a week of rest after the procedure, but working from home is possible. After liposuction, the treated areas are often bruised and swollen, and you will wear compression garments for a month. However, these can be easily hidden under clothing, so you will be largely unrestricted in your everyday life.
After the healing phase, you can look forward to a harmonious silhouette and clearly defined contours.

The size and shape of the breasts have a major influence on a harmonious overall appearance and personal well-being. Breast surgery offers various options for shaping your breasts according to your wishes. These include:
- Breast augmentation with implants or autologous fat for more fullness and volume.
- Breast reduction if the breasts are perceived as too heavy or physically burdensome.
- Breast lift to restore firmness after weight loss, pregnancy, or with increasing age.
- Breast reconstruction to restore the natural shape of the breast after illness or surgery.
Depending on the type of surgery, implants are inserted, tissue is removed, or the breast is lifted. The incision is made so that the scars are as inconspicuous as possible. Depending on the type of breast surgery, the procedure takes between 1 and 3 hours, and you can either go home the same day or spend the night in the hospital until I discharge you the next morning. In the first few days, you will wear a special support bra that aids healing and stabilizes the new shape.
Whether enlargement, reduction, lift, or reconstruction—each treatment is tailored to you so that the result perfectly matches your proportions.
Before & after: Results of breast reduction surgery and other procedures.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Treatment Duration: 2–3 hours
Socially Presentable: after 1 week
Cost: from €6,800
Excess skin may remain in the abdominal area after pregnancy or significant weight loss. If this skin does not retract on its own, abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, may be a solution. This procedure involves tightening and removing excess skin.
It can also correct rectus diastasis, which is the separation of the abdominal muscles. This is important not only for aesthetic reasons, but also because it supports core stability and prevents postural problems.
The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia; for minor corrections, twilight anaesthesia may be sufficient. The skin is detached from the abdominal wall and pulled down gently before the excess skin is removed. Depending on the extent of the procedure, it may also be necessary to reposition the navel.
The result: a significantly firmer abdomen and a more defined torso.
Before & after: Results of abdominoplasty
Body Contouring: What to Expect
Before Surgery: Consultation & Planning
Before the procedure, we will discuss your wishes and expectations in a personal consultation. I will analyze your initial situation and discuss the options for the desired treatment with you. I will then create your individual treatment plan and inform you about the procedure, the type of anesthesia, and how to prepare properly.
What else you should keep in mind:
- Do not take any blood-thinning medications such as aspirin and ibuprofen for 10 days before the operation.
- Avoid alcohol and nicotine.
- Whether certain medications (e.g., weight loss medications such as Ozempic or Mounjaro) need to be discontinued before the operation will be clarified during the preliminary examination.
- Wear comfortable clothing on the day of the operation.
During Surgery: Precise & Effective
Depending on the procedure, treatment is performed under local anaesthesia, twilight sedation or general anaesthesia, so you will not feel anything during the operation and can remain completely relaxed.
The duration of the procedure depends on the extent of the treatment required. Every step is carefully planned to ensure the end result meets your expectations.
After Surgery: Aftercare & Healing Process
The aftercare process largely depends on the patient’s cooperation. This includes regularly wearing the prescribed compression garments in order to minimise swelling. Redness, bruising and mild pain are all normal and usually subside quickly. Depending on the area treated, the stitches will either be removed after 7–14 days or will dissolve on their own.
Allow yourself plenty of rest and relaxation!
Keep the surgical scars clean and dry.
Avoid nicotine for at least four weeks before the operation and throughout the healing phase.
Refrain from sports and saunas for several weeks.
Surgical procedures require patience from both the surgeon and the patient. Although immediate visible results are desirable, your body needs time to heal. This is why such an operation is always a team effort, and your consistent cooperation and patience are crucial for achieving the best possible results.
With liposuction, for example, swelling is normal, so the results are not immediately visible after the procedure. After about 3 months, you can enjoy visible progress. The same applies after a tummy tuck or breast surgery. Of course, initial changes are visible immediately, but the final result is usually only clearly noticeable after about 3 months. The final result of surgical procedures is usually achieved after 1 year, when healing is complete.
I will accompany you throughout the healing process, monitor the wounds, and be there to offer you advice and support.
